Bruce Arnette, Executive Director
TLC’s current Executive Director has a long history with the company, having formerly served as its Program Manger, and having years of experience in residential treatment before coming to TLC. Mr. Arnette was born and attended school in the local community and has important ties and friendships that have aided the program immensely. |
Kaz Mohammed,Compliance Coordinator
Kaz has been with the company since 2015. He came to TLC after serving as an Officer in the United States Army. Kaz is originally from Boston, Massachusetts and has an Undergraduate Degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Graduate Degree from Webster University in St. Louis, MO. |
Vicki Russell, Director of Human Resources
Currently, Vicki is the Director of Human Resources. She has been with TLC since 2001. Prior to employment with The Life Connection, she owned and managed a non-emergency transporting company for 10 years. Her prior experience has been a true asset for the company. Vicki is originally from West Virginia. |
Sheila Arnette, Services Director
Currently TLC’s Services Director, Sheila Arnette is another locally raised and educated employee whose years of experience in residential treatment. Sheila has been with TLC for several years and has worked in multiple positions. She brings a strong sense of leadership and direction to the entire services department. Sheila is originally from Bonnieville, KY. |
Joyce McDowell, Case Coordinator Supervisor
Joyce was added as member to The Life Connection (TLC) family in 2018, she serves as the Case Coordinator Supervisor. She has her Master’s Degree from Purdue University in the Human Service field. She comes to us with 20 plus years of experience in the field; working with dually diagnosed adults and youth, women and children in AODA treatment, at risk youth and individuals with mild to severe behavior issues. She has also worked with the military children and their families. Joyce is a native of Milwaukee, WI (Go Green Bay Packers) she moved to Kentucky 2017. |
